Pissing in public

I saw a kid pissing in the middle of a crowded coffee shop during dinner (at the NTU extension). This kid stood on a chair and sprayed his yellow piss into the plastic bag which his mum was holding. And yes... the boy was half naked and his shorts were at his ankles revealing his willy in full glory. (-.-")

So much for Singapore being a civic minded society. Where is the decency and respect for the surrounding customers? Surely the parents knew that this was inappropriate? Besides, the toilet was only less than 20 steps away. Ugly Singaporeans. I am totally grossed out.
